REASON FOR HEARING

Appeal by Maytrix Group Ltd against enforcement notice for unauthorised erection of a detached single storey building by Central Bedfordshire Council as Local Planning Authority at Land at The Old Rectory, The Green, Marston Moretaine, Bedford, MK43 0NF

The Appeal Reference is APP/P0240/C/23/3319582

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Hearing opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Hearing will be held as an entirely In Person event run by Central Bedfordshire Council at 10.00am at Central Bedfordshire Council, Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, Bedfordshire. SG17 5TQ.

Anyone wishing to attend the Hearing must make that interest known to the Central Bedfordshire Council’s Appeals Team as soon as possible prior to the Hearing, by emailing planning.appeals@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk after reading the Hearing Attendance Information set out below. When contacting the Appeals Team, it would be helpful if you could confirm whether you want to take an active part in the proceedings or attend only as an observer. This information will need to be provided to the Planning Inspector.
