Notice is hereby given that on 5 September 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court by PRO MAINTENANCE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under the company number 09422441 and having its registered office at 6 Tadworth Parade, Hornchurch, Essex, RM12 5AS craving the court inter alia, that ONE CALL HOLDINGS LIMITED, a private Limited Company, incorporated under the Companies Acts under the company number SC686372 and having its registered office at Unit 27, 30 Edison Street, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4JW ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and that BARRY STEWART and GEORGE LAFFERTY, Insolvency Practitioners both of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DA be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which the Sheriff at Paisley by interlocutor dated 6 September 2023, ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
