Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Tynnu a Chronni Dŵr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Bouyges (U.K.) Limited am drwydded lawn i dynnu dŵr o strata tanddaearol o fewn y ffin a ffurfir gan linellau syth sy’n rhedeg rhwng y Cyfeirnodau Grid Cenedlaethol canlynol SS 50945 98644, SS 50940 98511, SS 50804 98533 ac SS 50799 98628, yn Heol Burry, Llanelli. Bwriad y cynnig yw tynnu dŵr ar y cyfraddau a’r cyfnodau canlynol at ddibenion dad-ddyfrio: 18 metr ciwbig yr awr, 432 metr ciwbig y dydd a 78,624 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy’r flwyddyn.

Abstraction

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Bouyges (U.K.) Limited for a full licence to abstract water from underground strata within the boundary formed by straight lines running between the following National Grid References SS 50945 98644, SS 50940 98511, SS 50804 98533 and SS 50799 98628, at Burry Road, Llanelli. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for the purpose of dewatering: 18 cubic metres an hour, 432 cubic metres a day and 78,624 cubic metres a year, all year.
