Howard Park - Application for a Long Lease of the Former
What is happening?
PROPOSAL FOR A LONG LEASE OF THE FORMER HOWARD PARK BOWLING GREEN, HOWARD PARK, KILMARNOCK, KA1 1SF BY EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL TO KILMARNOCK TENNIS CLUB, AND GORDON SEMPLE, GAVIN THOMSON AND PHILLIPPA MCDOUGALL, IN THEIR CAPACITY AS THE PRESIDENT, VICE-PRESIDENT/TREASURER AND SECRETARY RESPECTIVELY OF KILMANROCK TENNIS CLUB, AND AS THE HOLDERS OF THE SAID RESPECTIVE OFFICES EX OFFICIO TRUSTEES FOR THE MEMBERS OF KILMARNOCK TENNIS CLUB.
Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has raised an Application at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court under Section 75 (2) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 for authority to dispose of the former Howard Park Bowling Green, Howard Park, Kilmarnock, KA1 1SF, by way of a 25 year long lease to Kilmarnock Tennis Club, and Gordon Semple, Gavin Thomson, and Phillippa McDougall, in their capacity as the President, Vice-president/Treasurer and Secretary respectively of Kilmarnock Tennis Club, and as holders of the said respective offices ex officio Trustees for the members of Kilmarnock Tennis Club.
Anyone having an interest in the said Application and who wishes to object should make themselves known to the Sheriff Clerk, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock, where a copy of the Application may be obtained (Court Ref: KIL-B414-23) within 21 days of publication of this notice.
The matter will call and be heard at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock on Friday 29 September 2023 at 2.30pm.
