SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL
MARRIAGE ACT 1994 AND THE MARRIAGES AND CIVIL
PARTNERSHIPS (APPROVED PREMISES)
REGULATIONS 2005
Suffolk County Council has received an application from Abbygale Clayton for Fields, The Barn, Towns Green Farm, Park Road, East Bergholt CO7 6XS to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949, and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
Further copies of these documents have also been deposited at The Register Office, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich IP1 2BX and may be inspected, by appointment, between 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
Any representation or objection with respect to this application may be sent in writing to Jane Parker, Head of Registration Services. Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 2BX or to: venuelicensing@suffolk.gov.uk before 19/09/2023 stating the grounds on which it is made.
