What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)

PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Mole Valley District Council pursuant to powers under Section 123 Local Government Act 1972, as amended, intends to enter into an Agreement for Lease pursuant to a proposed joint venture with Kier Property Development Limited in order to facilitate the redevelopment of an area known as Bull Hill Leatherhead which includes an area of public open space known as Red House Gardens.

INSPECTION OF PLAN
A plan showing the public open space included in the proposed Agreement for Lease edged red is available for inspection free of charge Monday to Friday during the hours of 9am to 2.30pm at the Council Offices, Pippbrook, Reigate Road, Dorking or you can request a copy of the plan by email to property@molevalley.gov.uk

OBJECTIONS
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to Amber Preston, Property Strategic Lead at Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking RH4 1SJ or by email to property@molevalley.gov.uk by 5pm on 11th August 2023.
