NOTICE is hereby given that on the 21 February 2023, Bristol City Council, being the charging authority for the City and County of Bristol, in accordance with Section 30, 33 and 36 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, set the amount of £2,345.24 as the Band D equivalent of the Council Tax for its area for the financial year commencing on the 1st April 2023
The legislation provides for the charges to be set for each of the bands in relation to that set for Band D. The appropriate ratio and charges for each band in respect of Bristol City Council, the Avon and Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner and the Avon Combined Fire and Rescue Authority are set out below:-
