Disposal of Shiraz Mirza Hall at Manor Park Recreation Ground, Malden Road, New MaldenNOTICE IS GIVEN under section 122 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames of Guildhall, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU intends to dispose by way of grant of a lease of premises known as Shiraz Mirza Hall, Manor Park, Maiden Road, New Maiden KT3 6AU for a term of 20 years to allow the property to be used for a community hall available exclusively for public hire. A plan showing the property in question may be requested by e-mail from SLLP@merton.gov.uk or by post from SLLP, Gifford House, 67c St Helier Avenue, Morden SM4 6HY.
