COUNCIL TAX FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 MARCH 2024
NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 38 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE ACT 1992

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20th February 2023 Torridge District Council, in accordance with Sections 32 to 36 of the above Act and for the forthcoming chargeable financial year commencing 1 April 2023, set the amount of £2,176.48 as the basic amount of Band D Council Tax for those Parishes not subject to precepts.

The average Band D Council Tax for the District as a whole is £2,255.29.
The following amounts have been set as the amounts of Council Tax for the year 2023/24 for each of the categories of dwellings shown below:-
