Cornwall Septic Tank Stakeholders Group Parliamentary Ombudsman Complaint

We are seeking parliamentary representation for agricultural recycling of septic tank slurry. The Environment Agency are preventing all of our routes to compliance. They are refusing to issue a field registration form, which they freely issue to water companies for the same agricultural recycling exemption.

We have sent an appeal to George Eustice MP for a transparent registration process , but the Environment Agency still refuses to issue a form which we consider a restriction to competition. Agriculture recycling achieves higher levels of human bio soil retention than any waste water treatment plant in Cornwall , is more sanitary with lower risks of waterborne transmission of infections and has not had a public health infection in 33 year of operation.

To prevent your septic tank from being sent to sea please forward a copy of our Parliamentary Ombudsman Complaint to your local MP. To obtain a copy of our complaint please forward your email address to cstsgroup@outlook.com
