COBHAM EXECUTIVES PENSION PLAN

Notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

The Law Debenture Pension Trust Corporation plc, as the sole trustee of the Cobham Executives Pension Plan (the "Trustees" and "Plan" respectively), hereby gives notice pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan is in the process of being wound up and that its assets will be distributed.

The Trustee believes they have the names and contact details of everyone who has a right to a benefit under the Plan. However, the Trustee requests that:

(a) any former employee of Cobham Limited (formerly Cobham Plc), Flight Refuelling Ltd, and Slingsby Aviation Ltd, who believes that they may be entitled to benefits under the Plan or, if that person is deceased;

(b) the spouse or dependent of that person, who in either case is (or thinks that they might be) entitled to benefits under the Plan, or;

(c) any other person who believes that they may have a claim against the Plan.

If you already receive a pension from the Plan, or if you have received a communication regarding the Plan since 1 January 2023 you do not need to write to the Trustee as it already has full details about your entitlements.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of the dates that they were a member of the Plan or details of the basis of their claim along with any other relevant information.

Your claim must arrive on or before 2 months from the date of the notice, at which time this notice shall expire. The Trustee shall have regard to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. The Plan will then be wound up and its assets distributed. Claims arriving after 31 March 2023 will not be accepted and the Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the expiry date of this notice.
