A claim has been issued in the High Court of Justice for an order that the claimant be authorised to distribute the estate of Paul Glen Milstead also known as Graham Cobb (“the Deceased”) on the footing that either: -
(1) Rachael Louise Cobb or the person who used or may have used that name on or about 20 December 1996 pre-deceased the Deceased, or
(2) the transfer of the property known as 6 Harebell Close, Colchester, Essex dated 20 December 1996 was a forgery in that it falsely represented that it was signed by a person of the name of Rachael Louise Cobb.
If you are or claim to be RACHAEL LOUISE COBB, you should contact the claimant’s solicitors within 28 days of the date of this notice. Delay may harm your prospects of being able to participate in the claim.
