What is happening?
LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Mr Benjamin James Gill, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application for a variation has been submitted to Bradford Metropolitan District Council in relation to premises known as Mulligans of Bingley 11b Chapel Lane, Bingley BD16 2NG a brief description of the variation being sought by the application being as follows:
Increase the licensable area of the premises in accordance with plans.
Increase all licensable activities and by one hour and the sale of alcohol from 10:00.
Increase opening hours by one hour and 30 minutes (to allow drinking-up time).
Amend Non-Standard Timings. Removing outdated conditions and inserting relevant and appropriate conditions on to the premises licence.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and be made no later than 24/10/2026 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the authority is kept and where the record of the application may be inspected) being as follows:
Bradford MBC, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU (www.bradford.gov.uk)
Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
