THE VOITH ENGINEERING LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE PLAN (1971)
Notice Under Section 27 Of The Trustee Act 1925 - Date Of Notice: 8 October 2026

The trustees of the Voith Engineering Limited Pension and Life Assurance Plan (1971) (the "Trustees" and the "Plan" respectively), hereby give notice pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan is in the process of being wound up and that its assets will be distributed.

The Trustees believe that they have the names and contact details of everyone who had a right to a benefit under the Plan and that those rights have all been settled. However, the Trustees request that:
(a) any former employee of Voith Turbo Limited or Voith Engineering Limited who believes that they may be entitled to benefits under the Plan; or
(b) if that person is deceased, the spouse or dependant of that person, who in either case is (or thinks that they might be) entitled to benefits under the Plan; or
(c) any other person who believes that they may have a claim against the Plan,

If you are already receiving a pension arising from membership of the Plan, or if you have already recently received a communication from the Trustees regarding the wind-up of the Plan, you do not need to contact the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements and they either have been settled or are in the process of being settled.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of the dates that they were a member of the Plan or details of the basis of their claim along with any other relevant information.

Your claim must arrive within 2 months after the date of this notice, at which time this notice shall expire. The Trustees shall then wind up the Plan with regard to the claims and interests of which the Trustees have prior notice. Claims arriving more than 2 months after the date of this notice will not be accepted, and the Trustees shall not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to the Trustees by the expiry date of this notice.
