PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
NOTICE is hereby given that any person having any claim against or any interest in the Estate of Ruth George of The Yews The Cross West Felton Oswestry Shropshire SY11 4EH who died on the 22nd day of November 2025 and to whose Estate a Grant of Letters of Administration was granted out of the Principal Registry on the 13th day of August 2026 to Sharon Ruth George is required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before the 14th day of December 2026 after which date the said Sharon Ruth George will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased having regard only to any claim or any interest of which she then has had notice and shall not be liable for the Estate of the deceased so distributed to any person of whose claim or interest she then has not had notice
