PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
NOTICE is hereby given that any person having any claim against or any interest in the Estate of David Edward Lee of Romiley Brynhafod Road Oswestry Shropshire SY11 1RT who died on the 1st day of April 2026 and whose Last Will and Testament dated the 11th day of March 2003 was proved in the Principal Registry on the 24th day of August 2026 by Mark Haddon Woodward is required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before the 14th day of December 2026 after which date the said Mark Haddon Woodward will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to any claim or any interest of which he then has had notice and shall not be liable for the Estate of the deceased so distributed to any person of whose claim or interest he then has not had notice
