Notice is hereby given that proceedings have been brought in the County Court at Truro under Claim Number LOOTR228 by Kevin Purches and Claire Denise Prince against John Lovatt Hill.

The Claimants believe that Mr John Lovatt Hill of Belletts Corner, The Square, St Keverne, Helston, TR12 6NA has died.

Judgment was entered against Mr John Lovatt Hill in these proceedings on 5 November 2025; however, the remedy to be granted by the Court has not yet been determined. The matter is listed for a further attended hearing at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday 11 November 2026 at the County Court at Truro, Courts of Justice, Edward Street, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 2PB.
