NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of David Malcolm Kitchin late of 10 Spinners Court, Lancaster, LA1 1RY, who died on the 26th June 2026 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned on or before the 7th December 2026 after which date the Executor will proceed to
distribute the assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice
