NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

S&A Lesme Plan 20 (the “Scheme”;)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that theTrustee of the Scheme (the “Trustee”) has commenced the process of winding up the Scheme with effect from 7 September 2026.
The Trustee believes that it has details of all persons entitled to benefits under the Scheme. However, if you are a former employee of Barry Callebaut Manufacturing (UK) Limited (the “Company”), or the spouse, civil partner, dependant or beneficiary of such a person, and believe that you have an entitlement to benefits under the Scheme but have not recently been contacted by the Trustee, you should write, providing details of your claim (including your full name, date of birth, current address, National Insurance number and, if applicable, the period which you were employed by the Company together with any supporting documents) to:
S&A Lesme Plan 20 c/o Cartwright Benefit Consultants Limited, 250 Fowler Avenue, Farnborough Business Park, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7JP
Any claim must be notified to the Trustee within two months of the date of this notice.
After that date, the Trustee will proceed with the winding up of the Scheme and the distribution of its
assets, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has received notice. The Trustee will not be liable, in respect of assets distributed to any person of whose claim or entitlement it has not received notice by that date.
The Trustee will remain responsible for administering the Scheme until the wind-up process is complete, and you may contact the Trustee using the details set out above in this notice if you have any queries.
