In the matter of an application for a declaration of the presumed death of Colin Alan Hurst. A claim has been issued in the High Court of Justice, for a declaration that Colin Alan Hurst whose last known address was Flat 12A, Kingsgate, 111 The Drive, Hove BN3 6FU is presumed to be dead.
