What is happening?
Pension Scheme notice under the Trustee Act 1925
Albert Jagger Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme
In line with Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 (as amended), the Trustees of the Albert Jagger Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the Scheme) give this notice to confirm that they intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme by purchasing individual annuity policies with an insurance company following which, the Trustees intend to begin the wind up of the Scheme. To make sure the correct benefits are insured, the Trustees need to trace any current or former members of the Scheme, as well as anyone claiming to be a beneficiary (whether as a member, widow, widower or other dependant of a member or otherwise).
If you’re already receiving a pension from the Scheme or you’ve been contacted by the Trustees in the last two years, you don’t need to do anything and can ignore this notice.
If you aren’t currently receiving a pension from the Scheme and believe you’re entitled to benefits from the Scheme, please contact us in writing at Albert Jagger Limited, Centaur Works, Green Lane, Walsall, WS2 8HG or by emailing
no later than 4 November 2026. When writing to us about your interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Scheme, please include your full name, current address, National Insurance number, confirmation of the benefits you believe you’re entitled to and copies of any evidence confirming your entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and details of the period during which you worked for any of the companies below:

The Trustees will only consider those whose claims, interests or entitlement under the Scheme have been notified to the Trustees by 4 November 2026. After 4 November 2026, the Trustees and the sponsoring employer of the Scheme (Albert Jagger Limited) might begin the process of winding up, after which the Scheme will no longer exist.
