Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against, or an interest in, the estate of Jacqueline Agnes Kenny, deceased, of 3 Tennyson Drive, Billinge, who died on 9th August 2026, is required to send written particulars of such claim or interest to the undersigned, being the Personal Representative(s) of the estate, at the address below on or before 24/10/26. After that date, the Personal Representative(s) will distribute the assets of the estate amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice, and will not be liable for the assets of the estate, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
