PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
NOTICE is hereby given that any person having any claim against or any interest in the Estate of Mildred Christina Evans of The Mount Rednal Lane Queens Head Oswestry Shropshire SY11 4ED who died on the 30th day of January 2026 and whose Last Will and Testament dated the 13th day of November 2002 was proved in the Principal Registry on the 5th day of August 2026 by Mark Clement Evans is required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before the 2nd day of November 2026 after which date the said Mark Clement Evans will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased having regard only to any claim or any interest of which he then has had notice and shall not be liable for the Estate of the deceased so distributed to any person of whose claim or interest he then has not had notice
