NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Evans Of Leeds Retirement And Death Benefits Plan (THE “PLAN”)
NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES
UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, that the Trustees of the Plan are in the process of winding-up the Plan. Any person who has been contacted by the Trustees regarding the “Buy-out” of the Plan with an insurer or who has already made a claim and received a response need not respond to this notice.
The winding up of the Plan commenced on the 9 June 2026.
Any employee or former employee of Evans Management Limited who believes they are a member or beneficiary of the Plan or any other person who believes they have (or might have) a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Plan is hereby requested to write to:

Claimants should provide full details of their claim, including their full name, address, national insurance number, date of birth, copies of any relevant paperwork and, if applicable, dates of employment to make a claim. Please clearly quote the Plan’s name in all correspondence.
All responses must be received within two months of the date of this notice so that they may be considered before the Plan is wound-up. After this date the Trustees will proceed with the winding up of the Plan and the distribution of its assets, having regard only to the claims, entitlements and interests of which they have prior written notice.
After this date the Trustees will proceed to complete the winding up of the Plan and distribute the assets to the remaining beneficiaries they are aware of; the Trustees will not be liable to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been so notified to it.
