NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND OTHER CLAIMANTS
In the Estate of Peter Brendan Moran, deceased
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland)
1958 that any person having a claim against, or an interest in, the estate of Peter
Brendan Moran, late of 18A Drumnasamney Road, Desertmartin, BT45 5LA, who
died on 7 February 2026, is required to send written particulars of that claim or
interest to the undersigned solicitors on or before 18 th October falling not less than
two months after publication.
After that date, the personal representatives intend to distribute the estate among the
persons entitled to it, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they
have received notice. The personal representatives will not, in respect of any
property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they had
not received notice at the time of distribution.
