What is happening?

LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Leased)
Limited has applied in respect of Bell, 4 Market Square,
Toddington, Dunstable, LU5 6BP for an application to vary
the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit
the following: To change the layout and design of the
premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The
changes include licensing the rear garden for the sale of
alcohol, to include the installation of an external bar
servery. To add the following conditions: The external bar
will only be used between the hours of 12:00 hours and
21:00. The external bar will be supervised at all times when
in use. The external bar will be inaccessible to customers
when not in use to ensure they do not have access to any
alcohol. All other hours, activities and conditions authorised
by the premises licence to remain unaltered. The full
application can be viewed by arrangement. If you wish to

9 September 2026. Any such representation must relate to
one or more of the four licensing objectives: the prevention
of crime & disorder; public safety; the prevention of public
nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
