PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Re: WILLIAM DENZIL REYNOLDS Deceased
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of William Denzil Reynolds late of 5 The Flats, Maesydre, Caersws, Powys who died on 2 August 2025 are hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Milwyn Jenkins Solicitors of Cranford House, 1 Severn Square, Newtown, Powys SY16 2AG, the Solicitors for the Executors on or before the 9th October 2026 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
