THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
NOTICE is hereby given that any person having any claim against or any interest in the Estate of Elizabeth Ann Jones of 5 Oaklands Road Chirk Bank Chirk LL14 5DP who died on the 5th day of January 2026 and whose Last Will and Testament dated the 21st day of March 2007 was proved in the Principal Registry on the 1st day of August 2026 by Mark Haddon Woodward is required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before the 26th day of October 2026 after which date the said Mark Haddon Woodward will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased having regard only to any claim or any interest of which he then has had notice and shall not be liable for the Estate of the deceased so distributed to any person of whose claim or interest he then has not had notice
