STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND OTHERS
TRUSTEE ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1958
In the estate of Elizabeth Helen Johnston late of Nazareth House Care Village, 516 Ravenhill Road, Belfast, BT6 0BW (formerly of 12 Broomhill Park, Belfast, BT9 5JB), Deceased.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the estate of the above-named Deceased, who died on the 4th day of June 2026, are hereby required to send on or before the 30th day of November 2026, particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitors for the personal representatives of the Deceased.
And Notice is hereby further given that after the said 30th day of November 2026, the said personal representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said Deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
