PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Section 27
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Terence James Pitt of The Mill, Francis Avenue, Fairbourne, Gwynedd, LL38 2EQ who died on the 4th July 2026 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his/her claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Executors on or before the 23rd October 2026, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or interests she then has not had notice. Dated this 11th day of August 2026.
