NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of John Michael Dunning late of Garregllwyd, Bwlch-Y-Ffridd, Newtown, Powys who died on 2 August 2025 with the Grant of Representation having been issued by the Principal Registry on 22 January 2026 to the Executors John Gary Henry Griffiths, Carol Jane Griffiths and Nicholas Jones are hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Milwyn Jenkins Solicitors of Cranford House, 1 Severn Square, Newtown, Powys SY16 2AG, the Solicitors for the Executors on or before the 16 September 2026 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
