PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Mark Stanley Davies late of Brook Lea, Abermule, Montgomery, Powys SY15 6NH, who died on 4th March 2026, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Executors, on or before 18th October 2026 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
