IN THE ESTATE OF Kenneth Harvey DECEASED
NOTICE pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 is hereby given that any person having a claim or an interest in the estate of the late Kenneth Harvey of 5 Quayside Tavistock Devon PL19 8AE who died on the 27th September 2025 and Grant of Probate to whose estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Family Division on the 28th April 2026 to the executor David William Harvey is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned solicitors for the executor on or before the 15th October 2026 after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the affairs of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled therein having regard only to their claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
