Notice is hereby given that any person having any claim against or any interest in the Estate of Dorothy Phyllis James of Elm Grove, Trefynant Park, Acrefair, Wrexham, LL14 3SW. Who died on the 28th day of January 2026, and whose Last Will and Testament dated the 15th day of October 2019, was proved in the Principal Registry on the 13th day of July 2026, by Mark Haddon Woodward and Ella Myfanwy Lewis. Are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before the 12th day of October 2026, after which date the said Mark Haddon Woodward and Ella Myfanwy Lewis, will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased having regard only to any claim or any interest of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the Estate of the deceased so distributed to any person of whose claim or interest they then have not had notice.
