(THE “SCHEME”)

Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
31 July 2026
The Trustees of the Scheme hereby give notice pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme is being wound up.
Any creditor or beneficiary of the Scheme or any other person who believes that they have a claim against, or entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in the Scheme is requested to send details of their claim no later than two months from the date of this notice to:

Please quote the name of the Scheme in all correspondence. If you are seeking to claim an entitlement you should provide details of your full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number, any relevant documentation supporting your claim and if applicable, when you worked for John Turner Construction Group Ltd (previously known as John Turner & Sons (Preston) Ltd).
Following the expiry of two months from the date of this notice, the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements the Trustees have prior notice. The Trustees will not be liable to any other person claiming an entitlement who has failed to notify the Trustees before the expiry of this two-month period.
Any person who has been contacted by the Trustees at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustees.
