NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES
In the Estate of James Anthony Maguire, late of 15 Westbridge House, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT74 7NX, deceased.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or an interest in the estate of the above-named Deceased, who died on 11th July 2025, are required to send, on or before the 30th September 2026, particulars of such claims or interests in writing to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representative of the deceased.
After that date the Personal Representative shall distribute the property of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which particulars shall have been received.
