What is happening?

PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27

NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of John William Hough who died on 1 October 2025 and whose will was proved in the High Court of Justice England and Wales on 8 July 2026 by Denise Michelle Whitby and Andree Cheryl Whitby-Elliott, the executors named in it (the Executors;), are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is Dagless and Whitlock 44 High Street Milford on Sea Hampshire SO41 0QD on or before 02/10/2026 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice
