What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a CLAIM AGAINST or an INTEREST in the ESTATE of Phillippa Mary Kentish Jefferies, late of, The Oast, Dippenhall Street, Crondall, Farnham, GU9 5NX, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his/her claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors of the Executors on or before TWO MONTHS and ONE DAY from the date of this publication after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
