NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Thomas Roberts Group Pension Fund (the “Fund”)

Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that Vidett Trust Corporation Limited, as the trustee of the Fund (the “Trustee”), is winding up the Fund.

Any person who believes they have a claim against or beneficial interest in the Fund is requested to send written particulars of such claim to the Trustee of the Fund via the contact details given below.

Claimants should provide full details of their claim, including their full name, address, national insurance number, date of birth, copies of any relevant paperwork and, if applicable, dates of employment to make a claim. Please clearly quote the Fund’s name in all correspondence.

All claims must be received on or before 30 September 2026. After this date, the Trustee of the Fund will proceed to complete the wind up of the Fund and have regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and the interests of those members of the Fund of whom they have knowledge.

The Trustee shall not be liable to or in respect of any person of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.

Please note that if you have received any correspondence from the Trustee within the last twelve months then there is no need to make a claim.
