Danisco (UK) Ltd Pension Plan, Manchester - Pension Plan Wind-up Notice to Potential Beneficiaries

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27

OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Danisco (UK) Limited Pension Plan (the “Plan”)

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Danisco (UK) Limited Pension Plan (the “Plan”), is in wind-up. The Trustee of the Plan wishes to trace anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Danisco (UK) Limited, who believes they have (or might have) a claim against the Plan or an interest or entitlement to benefit under the Plan. Any such person is asked to provide full written particulars of any such claim, interest or entitlement to the Trustee of Danisco (UK) Limited Pension Plan, c/o First Actuarial LLP, Trafford House, Chester Road, Manchester, M32 0RS on or before 24 September 2026 (together with their full name, address, National Insurance number, date of birth, dates of employment with Danisco (UK) Limited and any relevant evidence of such benefit or employment). After this date, the Trustee will proceed with winding-up the Scheme and distributing its assets having regard only to the claims, interests and entitlements of which they have been made aware. The Trustee will not be liable to any person whose claim, interest or entitlement they have not been notified of on or before 24 September 2026. Notification is not required from persons who have recently received correspondence relating to the Scheme from First Actuarial LLP (on behalf of the Trustee).
