PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of ALAN WALKER late of 30 Arundel Way Meadowfield Durham DH7 8UT DECEASED who died on the 24th March 2026 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to TMJ Legal Services, Foster House, 99 Raby Road, Hartlepool TS24 8DT on or before the 10th November 2026 after which date the personal representative will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which notice shall then have been received by the personal representatives
