What is happening?
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Frederick Alan Humphries, late of 23 Woodwark Avenue, Kings Lynn, PE30 2BA Norfolk (formally of Old Way Lane, Cippenham) who died on 11th October 2025 , is required to send written particulars of such claim or interest to the undersigned on or before 17th September 2026.
After that date, the Estate will be distributed among the persons entitled to it, having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Executors have received notice and will not be liable for the Estate, or any part of it, so distributed.
