Section 27 IOLA LLOYD GLAISTER
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 (Section 27), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of IOLA LLOYD GLAISTER deceased late of 27 Stryd Y Faenol, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 2RL who died on the 12th of December 2024 and whose Will was proved in the Probate Registry on the 18th of June 2026 by Wyn Trefor Jones and Indeg Wyn of Pritchard Jones Lane LLP (the Executors).
Are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is Pritchard Jones Lane LLP, 37 Castle Square, Caernarfon, in the County of Gwynedd, LL55 2NP on or before the 22nd of September 2026 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands have not had notice.
