NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Olive Gregory late of Bryn View, Llandinam, Powys who died on 21st August 2025 with the Grant of Representation having been issued by the Principal Registry on 20th February 2026 to the Executors Christopher John Sheppard and Amanda Victoria Faggetter are hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Milwyn Jenkins Solicitors of Cranford House, 1 Severn Square, Newtown, Powys SY16 2AG, the Solicitors acting in the estate on or before the 31st August 2026 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
