Notice is hereby given that Kaygan Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Kaygan Grill, 1 Bockhanger Court, Belmont Road, Kennington, Ashford, Kent, TN24 9JJ The application is for the provision of Late Night Refreshment hours Monday - Sunday 11pm-5am
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application should give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at Ashford Borough Council by 31 July 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction if found guilty of such an offence.
