Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr George Albin Plato WADE, late of Ashton Lodge, Ashton Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 1NP, formerly of Hilsea Lodge, Gatmore Drive, Hilsea, Portsmouth, PO2 0TX, who died on 6th April 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to Peter James Baulf with telephone no: 023 92834041, email:

and address: Portsmouth City Council Legal Services, Civic Offices floor 3, core 4, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, PO1 2AL and to send such particulars before the 09.09.2026, after which date the personal representatives will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
