IN THE ESTATE OF Jean Ellen Collins DECEASED
NOTICE pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 is hereby given that any person having a claim or an interest in the estate of the late Jean Ellen Collins of Rowanbank Tavistock Road Yelverton Devon PL20 6DL who died on the 16th November 2025 and Grant of Probate to whose estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Family Division on the 17th June 2026 to the executors Aaron West and Andrew Timothy Armstrong is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned solicitors for the executors on or before the 10th September 2026 after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the affairs of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled therein having regard only to their claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
