NICOLA BRYAN OTHERWISE NICHOLA BURSLEM DECEASED
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named deceased of 36 Swan Bank Talke Stoke on Trent Staffordshire ST7 1PS who died on 12th October 2025 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Walters & Plaskitt Solicitors of Bews Corner 2 Westport Road Burslem Stoke on Trent ST6 4AW and to send such particulars not later than the 3rd September 2026 after which date the personal representatives will distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claims they shall not then have had notice
