What is happening?
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Gordon Riach Sutherland Ironside late of 9 Lloyds Terrace Adpar Newcastle Emlyn SA38 9NS (who died 4th February 2026 and a Grant of Probate was granted to Lance Ivory on 5th May 2026 out of the High Court of Justice England and Wales Principal Registry of the Family Division Harlow) are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 27th August 2026 after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
