Any person having any claim or interest in the estate of Philomena O’Neill otherwise Phyllis O’Neill Deceased late of 186 Westmorland Avenue Luton LU3 2PU who died on the 6th November 2025 is required to send particulars to Messrs Maffey & Brentnall of 149 The Parade, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1NB solicitors for Philomena Ann Jennings and David Finbar Andrew O’Neill the Executors of the Deceased on or before the 25th August 2026 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Personal Representatives has notice.
